CPD is not a regulated qualification, and we never present it as one. If a qualification is what you need, we will point you to the right one - often after the CPD that prepares you for it.

Are masterclasses regulated qualifications?
No. Masterclasses and CPD courses are professional development delivered by WorkplaceHero. They are not Ofqual-regulated qualifications and are not certificated by an awarding organisation. If you want a regulated qualification, see our regulated qualifications page.
What do I get at the end?
A WorkplaceHero certificate of completion where the programme includes one, plus the hours recorded in your free CPD log with space for your reflection.
Are sessions live or self-paced?
It varies by programme. Where a masterclass includes live online sessions, the number of sessions and the next date are shown on the course card and page.
Can I book CPD for my team?
Yes. We run masterclasses for whole teams and can invoice your organisation. Team learning and completion sits in your organisation dashboard.
Does this count towards my annual CPD?
Yes. Hours are recorded automatically in your WorkplaceHero CPD log where supported, and you can add your own reflection so the record stands up to scrutiny.
